The NBHD Campus is located in Wheeler on beautiful Nehalem Bay. Nearby cities include; Nehalem,
Manzanita, Rockaway Beach and the upscale community of Neahkahnie. Wheeler is located between the larger cities of
Tillamook and Seaside Oregon.
The area is renowned for salmon
fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, kayaking and a wide variety of year-round outdoor activities. The
Nehalem Bay Area attracts tourists and a continuing influx of retirees. For additional information on

Driving Directions - Travel to Wheeler via U.S. Hwy 101. Just south of downtown and next to the Wheeler City Hall, turn onto Hospital Road. Follow the curving road to the top of the hill.
